What does it cost?
The fee to clean your home is based on a flat fee. When I meet with you for your free estimate, I use several factors, including the size of your house, your preferences and specific needs, as well as the frequency of the cleaning. In addition, I take into consideration the number of people living in the house, pets, different degrees of clutter, (we all have some!), and different surface materials. That is why I provide you with a free estimate and a walk-through, to gather the information I need in order to give you the best quote of time possible. I can also work out a plan to only clean certain rooms of a home to keep cost down, but really, my fees are about half of what the big chain maid companies charge! Just to give you an idea of what it will cost...my largest custom homes run between $75 and $95, with no home costing over $100! The smaller Shadle type homes run around $60. Again, this flat fee is so that you are always able to set your budget for cleaning and there are no surprises of a higher bill just because a little extra time was put into your home!

Licensed and Legal - My company is licensed and insured. I pay taxes on my income and pay for insurance. When you hire a "cheap" cleaner who carries no license or insurance, you are actually responsible for paying their taxes and if they get hurt in your home YOU are responsible for all medical bills that come from that. Not to mention that without a background check on this "cheap" house cleaning, you have no real way of knowing who is in your home. So while hiring me may cost a little more each time, you can rest easy knowing that I carry all the right papers to keep you and your home safe.
